Autoplay now in v1.5

A couple bug fixes and a long awaited feature, autoplay! In the Options menu you can now tell deskFlickr to start playing when it is launched. It saves all your settings, so you can add deskFlickr to your Startup folder and have it automatically start changing your background when you restart Windows!

I've also added a link to the .NET Framework 2.0 on the right if you don't have it already.

You can learn HTML on your own through web resources.

hi,
great application! I miss using deskFlickr as a screensaver *.scr and an option to save the pictures in a special folder. Maybe you can optimize the code that everything is running without HD-access?
Which tag I have to use for the most recent pictures?
Please continue coding!

cu,
peter

Hey man, great app.
I'm having problems with the "User Options" i can't figure out what is my flicker user id. I use my email address to log in to flickr and that doesn;t work. I haven't joined my account with Y! yet. Do you know where can i find the yser id that i need to enter?
Thanks!

Hey,
Love your app, it works great. Couple of suggestiongs, 1. having the ability to change the background color for the collage would be great. 2. Being able to load pictures from a local folder.

Great Work

The userid should be whatever it says to you at the top of the screen when you log onto flickr. I use my email address to log in, but then it says "Hi Samuraicode!" So my user id is Samuraicode :)

thanks for the pointer Jeremy. It does use the screen name. The problem is that my screen name was like "foo & bar" and it didn't work. I had to manually encode it like this: "foo %26 bar" to make it work

Did you right click and save it to your desktop before running it? I haven't written an installer for it, and I think it doesn't like to try and run from a webpage. Try to right click and save it then run, and let me know if it still has an issue.
